IPTV Canada Officiel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Filing a Copyright Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent acting on their behalf, please send a written notice that includes:

1. An identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. A description of the specific material and where it can be located.
3. Your full contact information (name, address, email, phone).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to Send It

Send your notice to our designated contact at dmca@meilleuriptvquebec.ca. We review every valid notice and will take appropriate action, which may include removing access to the material in question.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
