3. Your Account & Credentials

Your login details are personal. Do not share, resell or publish them (unless you are an authorized reseller).
The number of simultaneous connections is limited by your plan.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for personal, private viewing. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to access and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

5. Content Disclaimer

6. Payment & Activation

Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer. Your subscription is activated after we receive and confirm your payment, usually within minutes.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, your internet connection, or factors beyond our control may affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Canada Officiel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, including credential sharing, fraud, or abuse, without refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
