What Is Not Eligible

  • You changed your mind after the service was activated and working.
  • You did not test the free trial first and your device or network is incompatible.
  • You refused to follow our setup or troubleshooting steps.
  • Reseller credits that have already been used to create or renew customer lines are non-refundable.
  • Issues caused by your own internet connection, ISP throttling, or third-party apps.

How to Request a Refund

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Interac e-Transfer to the email you used for payment, usually within 3–5 business days.
